Item Description: Last weekend I did a trade deal for this old Survival Arms AR7. I didn't take any time to look it over before agreeing to the deal or I wouldn't have done it. So let me disclose all the stuff I didn't know until afterwards. The front sight has been ground down so that a previous Bubba could put a sleeve over the barrel. Although I just discovered a site called AR7.com that sells most of the parts very reasonable. A new barrel there is about $65.00 and you can get the original tapered style or a bull barrel.
Also the plastic cap for the stock is missing. It's about $15.00 from the site previously mentioned. The takedown screw is gone and replaced with a Phillips head that's screwed into some kinda bushing because the original hole is stripped out.
Anyway that's the bad. The good is it does shoot. I ran a mag through it when I got it. It has 2 factory 8 round mags and a 15 round that may or may not work with it. I will take $90.00 for it. Not $85.75 and not $88.35. $90.00. It's worth that much. And I'll meet anywhere in McIntosh or Glynn County. I will throw in 50 rounds of bulk 22 ammo. Thanks for looking.
