Ruger American Predator 18" threaded 5/8x24. Sitting in a Bell & Carlson stock with aluminum bedding block and has a Timney trigger installed. Barrel has been painted to deter potential rust. Will come with ordinal matching thread cap and additional flush fit magazine.

I bought the brand new from Academy a few years ago and built it into what you see now. It has seen less than 2 full boxes of Hornady Superformance 150 grain SST. Never hunted with it in the rain. Has no rust on it at all. I painted the barrel right after I purchased it because I had a Ranch American in 6.5 Grendel that I had in the truck on a rainy day and the humidity caused surface rust to start in just that afternoon on the barrel. So with this one I chose to paint it to prevent any of that. I then installed the Timney trigger in and it is set right at 3 pounds but it can be adjusted wayyy lower than that or higher if you want that I just prefer that high 2-3 pound pull and a crisp break with no creep. Factory stock is long gone. I do have the factory trigger however. I took 2 bucks with it Fall before last. The Bell & Carlson stock is a must have on these. 100% free floated and action sits in an aluminum bedding block.
