A friend and I picked this up but never rebuilt it. It was previously mounted to the front of a tractor and has the mounting bracket. The spring is missing, the three way valve could possible be resealed, replacement with a generic would probably be easier. If the piston in the hydraulic cylinder is usable the seal kit is available. I have not checked any of the big hydraulic parts providers for a universal replacement. Hoses should be the only other thing needed.
It's rough but given the price of a new one it should be well worth the investment.
