Smith and Wesson M&P 9C. It's been sitting in a drawer unused for about 5 years.
Comes with:
-Two full size 17 round magazines (no punky extension)
-Four 11 round magazines with pinky extension
-One 11 round magazine with no pinky extension (sits flush)
-Night sights and Apex tactical trigger installed by gunsmith at The Firing Line in Marietta, GA.
Unfortunately I don't have any documentation for the gun or gunsmith work because it's been at least 5 years. The night sights are Trijicon night sights and still have a faint glow.
