If you as the seller "want to" use a "class 3" dealer, OK, but you don't have to.
Not if you're both residents of Georgia.

A private party transaction on the form 4 from the current machine gun owner to the hopeful future machine gun owner (pending ATF approval) is perfectly legal.
It's been done many times before.
I've done it myself and so have some of my NFA trust clients.
