Does it have a smooth trigger or sarrated ? Also, does it have a screw going through the rib in front of the front sight ?
Serrated trigger, screw in rib.
because it cost too much to manufacture. its all steel in there and Remington was making the 1100 so much cheaper that they slaughtered the SX-1 in sales. the SX-1 is also awful heavy for a field gun and the 1100 could do both field and skeet work.When Winchester introduced this gun years ago, I understand their objective was to duplicate the handling characteristics of their older and legendary Model 12 Pump. In my opinion they succeeded, and I always wondered why the SuperX had such a relatively short production life.

The SX-1 is an awesome shotgun for skeet, though.
