Includes instruction manual, hitch receiver lock bolt with 2 keys, 1-1/4" receiver adapter with hex wrench, and several spare straps for wheels. Fits both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers. Fully adjustable in length and height, so it will fit most any bike, from kid size, up to fat bikes.
