let me give you a good tip here, when it comes to youth bows, there is the hoyt ruckus, and then there is everything else. definitely look at the ruckus, its a great bow.

fwiw -my 10 year old son deer hunts with the ruckus. im a mathews guy to the end, but i bought the ruckus for my son because it is the best youth bow you can get.

I'll look at them. Dylan is pretty strong for his age. At 67 lbs, he was still the strongest kid on his youth wrestling team. I don't think the pull will be a problem, but I want to start him off right.

on the ruckus, you can get 10-40lb limbs, or 20-50lb limbs. draw length from 20" to 28" so a child can shoot it on to adulthood. also getting up to 280fps when maxed out. my son breaks my arrows with his, so it can get some accuracy going to.
