Has swivels and is topped with Leupold VX-IIc 3-9x50, High gloss. Will sell / trade with or without the optic. Would consider trades (1300-1500 value) just make an offer. Willing to ship to your FFL, buyer pays UPS ground shipping. No Bill of Sale but swap GADL and Carry Permit info.
