I'm just curious how OP thinks gold and silver are valued. Since it's all inherently worthless USD-fiat that gold and silver are currently valued by...

I mean if things really hit the fan and the economy crashed and we were all in the great depression, your gold may only be worth a loaf of bread if you're family is starving and that's all you've got...
