It's been 225 days since my dad passed and even though he is gone,
he is still surprising me.

Back on December 30, 2022 I posted his passing on here:

Yesterday, I was going thru some of his medical & military paperwork trying to determine what is best to
keep and what/how to properly/respectfully despose of said paperwork (he still had checks from 1979).

That being said, many moons/years ago, as a young pup, I came across a faded & nearly destroyed photo of
my dad standing next to a car outside some barracks. I believe he told me that pic was taken at
Ft/ Huachuca, AZ where he was stationed after he came back from Vietnam.
At the time a show about a certain set of cousins from Hazzard County was still on tv
and his car in the picture reminded me of that orange charger.

Turns out that it wasn't a charger, but a 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T (w/ a 440 I think, but don't quote me).
That photo was later destroyed by a leaky attic cause a bad winter storm in PA.
He apparently had squirreled away a couple of photos from that day the "og" photo was taken,
but these don't show the whole car (but just enough to identify it). You can barely make out the R/T in the
lower right side.

Like I said at the beginning, It's been 225 days since my dad passed...
Who knew that day 226 was going to be better than the previous 225.

Thanks to all who sent well wishes in the original post & I hope you all are in good spirits..!

p.s. For those of you who may ask, here is the photo.
The date in the photo was from my camera when I took a photo of "the photo" to post here.
