I thought OBO was an offer lower but close to asking price. Evidently it now means best offer above asking price. As people don't respond to my OBO if it's below asking price.

I'm not sure that the OBO requires a response from the seller, however if it's there, one would tend to think so....or...you might get the OBRO.....maybe your offer is just not reasonable...to the seller that is....just a thought....the definition of reasonable can be....well, too many definitions....
