I've been warned, but I'm confused!

So last night while browsing the forums I came across an add in the classifieds for a glock 26 that had a plain slide (glock factory mistake) I watched people talk about what it's worth and the story behind it so to stay updated on what happened with it I commented on the post. All I commented was , then all of a sudden I get this message warning me, can someone please clarify what rules I broke?
