So if you get caught with dope...not a violent towards anyone...but just as a user not a dealer...you shouldn't be allowed to own a gun...wrong cause I bet everyone on here has done something in their past that if they had been caught you would've been charged a felony.....think about your past before u condemn somebody that got caught....rapist..molestors...should die rite there

Fine tax cheats use guns to commit crime. I should know here under the cyber microscope intent is far less important than literal interpretations.

No I saw it.
I thought the main discussion had moved to violent felons possessing, or not, firearms after incarceration. But it's clear people are kind of all over the place with it.
I've stated my position. You commit a violent crime with a firearm, you lost your rights to own firearm with the exception of our current appeals process post incarceration.
Arguing for convicted violent felons to have guns does zero for the intent of the 2A and arguably strengthens the enemy.

The one that everyone overlooks is the prescription medication one. I dont believe anyone when they tell me they have never taken a medication that was intended for another individual. Any prescription, any form of medicine. Not just narcotics.
You need to drink some real white lightening though. Prioritize your crimes.
