Joan Rivers dead at 81 years old

It would be a shame to bury or cremate her face.
A lot of work went into making that face look 20 years younger than it was, and with different DNA and ethnic heritage too!
Some woman in her 50s or 60s who is disfigured in a car crash or dog attack or who has acid thrown in her face by a jealous ex should be able to get the Joan Rivers' artificially enhanced face.
Face transplants are possible these days.

I personally never really found her that funny and certainly not endearing, but I was shocked a year or two ago when I saw a story about a charity she founded and ran. She would deliver meals to homebound AIDS patients in NYC. I mean SHE did it, personally. When she walked into their homes, those people knew her and she knew them and they knew and talked about small details of their lives. It was NOT put on. She appeared to do it alone as well, no fan fare and if that wasn't genuine concern then she's a far far better actor (as were the patients) than she or anyone was ever a comedian. I saw a side of her I would have never guessed existed.
Her talent was obviously great to some (even though again not really my slice of pie) but she may very well have been the rare occurence among 'entertainers' where the PERSON is actually better than the talent.
