I got two shots off at one of the black ones. Pretty sure I hit it the second time. Quick search turned up nothing but not the easiest area to search either. 10/22. Neighbor who sleeps with window open is hating me no doubt, so can't really use anything else.

There are so many deals to be had right now - it is a great time to buy. There are lots of 2 for 1 or buy 1 and get a 22 suppressor for $100 so you can get a good hunting larger bore suppressor and a 22 suppressor and kill two birds with one stone. Great time to buy!

Dang it! I spotted one of the black ones trotting across the pond bed. Grabbed 10/22 (again) and call and stepeed out on deck. I figured it was gone but it came in. Played cat and mouse for a bit but finally got a shot. It took off (again). I did a quick search (it ran onto some other's people property so didn't want to go too far) and couldn't find it (again). Checked trail cam and there's video from yesterday of two black ones. So either the shot the other day was a miss, it survived without an ill effects (doubtful) or there's more than 2 black ones. I can't believe the 10/22 is off but it's not coming out again until I get it sight checked. .22 mag for the win next time, noise or no noise.
Anyone want to loan me a supressed .44 spcl?
