But seriously, it ain't that hard to mark it gone. Seems a lot of the noobs post like it's on Craigslist and just walk away.

I just hate seeing something, researching prices, PM'ing an offer, waiting sometimes days for a response and then find out it's been sold for awhile. And even then...they leave it posted.
