To get sights put on they charge you. They take your card information. When you get there you will fill out a little sheet of paper with your info on it and your CC info.

I can say, I've tried so many different handguns. But I've found that the farther I get from my 19, the more I miss it and the more I realize it's the perfect handgun (for me).
