What you described is too complex to fix all at once. Focus on one small thing at a time and fix that one thing. Then move on to the next thing you might be able to fix.

My wife's grandmother suffered from it, just hard to understand where all the violence came from nowhere. I hope all this works out for you bro.
I would like to say I went through something similar to this not that long ago and the system works if they don't have a case.
