That's the ultimate "say anything you want to someone" line. Sort of makes me wish everyone got a single use "punch a person in the face and not get into trouble" card issued once a year. Man, I'd have that card cashed in Jan 1 every year.

I prefer to go with "I'm not saying...I'm just saying."
