Another one that bugs me is the preface "In my opinion" or the suffix "IMHO."

For starters, we know it's your opinion. It's clearly evident because you are the one telling it to us. Most folks don't make a habitat out of relaying other people's opinions so I don't think it bears clarifying. And as to your "humble" opinion...if it was a humble opinion, you wouldn't have to highlight it's humility!
