No, but I have cleaned up headlights with class covers.

Plastic headlights come with an anti abrasion coating, that's what turns cloudy. All the treatments end up removing it, then you polish the palstic underneath as needed.

Takes about an hour each side, depending on pitting.
Chemical Treatments only last for a few months at best. 3M used to sell a small kit with a water dish sand paper, and final polish. Now they only sell the chemicals, guess they realized some folks would figure out how much cheaper and longer lasting it was to do it right.
Thats pretty good work. Back in 04 and 05 I worked at Macon Mitsubishi and this guy used to have a hustle clearing headlights. He made a big production out of it using an orbital sander and removing the lights before working on them. He had a folding table and plenty of supplies in a mini van. I guess that's how he justified charging $150.00 per vehicle.
