Just started my first build!

Just got my first ar lower! Got an Anderson arms aluminum lower for 69.99 at one of my lgs. Can't wait to get everything going. Going to get everything slowly. So it will more than likely be a few months at least, but it's a start for sure! Thinking about a Daniels defense barrel. Anyone have any inputs on what parts are better than the others? Not looking to have a fortune in it just want it to be a good reliable sd and range gun.

FN Barrels are what the US Mil currently uses. I would look at those at the minimum and go up from there.

Only on the M16A4 (20" rifle)that the Marine Corps carries. The M4 is still made by Colt.
