Not sure on price but Right Stuff on the corner of Canton Rd and Jamerson Rd in Marietta just south of Woodstock sells clear kerosene at a pump. I've used it before in heaters.

I agree, spent quite a bit of time doing just that prior to posting here. I even made a trip to Cartersville ACE Hardware, who told me they had 5 gal containers on sale for $25, got there, and it was for 2.5 gallons, not a happy camper. Stopped a few places on the way back to kennesaw, and no one seemed to either know what kerosene was or where to find it. Thanks for the tip.Google or Bing should be able to find stations in your area that have a K1 pump and list a number to verify.

I hear ya. I finally gave up and buy whatever I can find. I've been burning equal amounts of died & clear K1 in my Kerosun for the last 15 years and still on my original wick. No detectable difference in smell.I am looking to buy CLEAR, not RED DYED, K1 Kerosene. About 20 gallons for home use. I have only been able to find over priced kerosene from Lowes, ACE and Home Depot for $44 - $47 per 5 gallon can.
Where can I find CLEAR K1 Kerosene in or around the Kennesaw area? I am willing to drive a little bit to find get it.
Thanks!
