Is is normal for the front wheels on a Jeep to be going in different directions?

Is that some sort of mud bogging modification?

It a Optical illusion.
The wheel is turned to the left a little but it looks like one is further out, it’s not though.
It’s aligned perfectly and tracks super straight.....no death wobble.
