Killed my THIRD BUCK this season.

DNR warning.

Punched a nice 8 point with Jeep this morning.
Bastard came out of nowhere full blast across the road into my path.
I had like one second to react and got a chance to stab the brakes.
Good hit....sent him flipping over the roof and he landed in the opposite ditch.
I kept going because I knew he effed up my radiator and I was one street away from meeting the boss for the ride to work so stopping was not an option.

Kept watching my temp gauge and it was fine.
Got to the parking lot and shut it down then the smoke started coming.
It Took out my front nose piece and grille, radiator, condenser, bumper, right headlight and bezel.
I just replaced that radiator this summer.... dang it.
Need to find a donor Jeep for parts.

I’ve been meaning to get a bull bar bumper to prevent this from happening so I’m gonna bite the bullet and do it now.

Is is normal for the front wheels on a Jeep to be going in different directions?

Is that some sort of mud bogging modification?

My brother totaled his Silverado about 5 years ago when he smashed an 8 pointer.
That's why insurance companies love deer hunters.

You are a deer slaying machine this year!!!!! Remind me never to join the same hunting club with you. The rest of us wouldn't stand a chance. It's tough enough as it is. You don't even have to get in the woods and the deer are still throwing themselves at you.

I hit one a few years back on the way home from picking up a deer from the processor. Still believe that it was payback from the deer community for me killing one of their own. LOL
