So I had bought a vector from another Odt. It’s the gen 2 5.5” barrel and I wanted to get the strike industries hand guard or the regular m lok. It says only works with the 6.5” or shroud barrel. With that said I need to make up a little room to get mine long enough. Was going to go the flash can/ muzzle break just to add the length but it’s the m16x1LH thread. Uncommon thread but should I just get an adapter? Like such
