If you want to drive up to Thomson, I think I still have several sheets of 12x12 kydex, rivets and screws that I'll let you have cheap to see if it is something you are interested in. I also have a press and rivet punch that I would be willing to let you borrow for a couple of days to try it out. I started making some holsters and sheaths back in the winter when I was not real busy in the shop, but have not had time to do any lately. PM me if you are interested.
