    No. Not made in China. These are made in metro Miami area. I finally broke down and bought one. I have heard of nothing but good about them. I have 2 whole pigs in the freezer I'm going to roast one as soon as this social distancing allows me to have some guests. Meanwhile I'm going to practice on some butts, chickens, and ribs. I can imagine this will make a debut at hunting camp this fall. la caja.jpg

    I had a Cuban brother that cooked with these ALOT. He used Mojo sauce of some variety and said everyone loved the finished product. Miss ya Gus! :rip:

    It's metal lined. You put the meat inside and pour charcoal on the top metal plate. The heat transfers and it makes it into an oven of sorts.
