Late lunch grilled ham, egg and cheese sandwiches

I fried my eggs and ham, set aside and covered with cheese to let it start melting, then I used sourdough with a little butter spray and toasted each side in the pan.

It was so good I made another one and added extra egg and cheese. Oh my gosh.
