Left Apple for an Android need some help

So I recently went from an iPhone X to S9 and so far I like it. Problem is the Verizon store couldn't transfer all my photos and videos. Contacts were all successfully transferred and all my apps have been restored. I have some photos and videos still on iCloud and was wondering if there was a decent app someone can recommend to transfer the videos. Most apps in the Google Play store only do contacts or have horrible reviews.

Can’t you download them to a pc from iCloud? Then throw them in Microsoft or Google cloud storage and tell Apple to hit the iroad.

Probably have to use iTunes to grab them then transfer to pc.

You should be able to plug your phone into the pc via your usb charging cable. There should be a folder for the camera when you browse your phone from the pc. Drag and drop files once you find it.

Not iTunes, use the Apple Photos app on your PC. Download them to Photos, then export them all in original form to your PC. Then from your PC you can re-upload them to your Google photos or whatever.

I agree with GoNoGo Google Photo's will do what you need and it's free. Download it on both phones and give it time to upload the pics and videos.

Also, if on Verizon, they have a transfer app that worked well for me. Photos, contacts, etc.

Or just use bluetooth to transfer your files... 1 by 1 would be quicker.

ATT has something similar as well.
