left lane drivers

Some people feel like they are more entitled than other people.




Thats the lesson I learn every time I read one of these threads about left lane drivers.

i dont blame them, cops do this all the time, drive right up your ass daring you to screw up so they can pull you over and hassle you.

I think its great that some of the people posting here bashing slower drivers are the same ones who bashed me in a thread about me getting a speeding ticket a few months ago

What does speeding and having people;
a. follow state law
b. move over and allow "faster" drivers to pass them when they do not need to be in the left lane

have in common?

if someones in the left lane following the speed limit and a person is going faster than them then they are speeding

GA State Law also allows 10 Miles over the speed limit before you can be ticketed by NON-GSP Officers. So in actuality, someone in the left hand lane going the speed limit is impeding the flow of traffic, which is against the law, and should move over. Someone doing 70 in a 65 has a much greater chance of having/causing an accident by being required to go around someone that refuses to get out of the left lane for no other reason that they just like driving over there. Also, passing on the right is a ticket-able offense.

They both get me home faster and reduce the chances that I'll blow my gasket, possibly to the detriment of others?

Passing on the right when there are multiple lanes of travel in the same direction is not a ticket-able offense in Georgia.
