I just saw something on a facebook gun page and im not sure about the legality on it.... can an individual under 21 sell a handgun to another individual under 21?

yeah I watch them for good laughs but I don't even know if this is legal... I was going to bring it to the attention of the admins attention but I was not 100% sure on the legality and did not want to make myself look like an idiot due to ignorance of the law in that aspect

In a transaction with an FFL, correct. In a private citizen to citizen sale, incorrect.
