It's a cap and ball revolver, but not Belgian. It's English and made by a gun maker known for making mostly muzzleloader single shots ( flintlock and caplock).

You got it. There were not a ton of pics for this particular revolver. It's an A. Wilson revolver. I just looked up British cap and ball revolvers and stumbled across this one I never heard of. The auction site I found it on was the only picture of a "Wilson, London" marked revolver.
