Interesting. Since the cat is already out of the bag, I'll go. It's a Burgess Folding Shotgun.It is a pump, but the pump is in the wrist of the stock instead of the forend. The inventor did this so to get around the patent for the slide-action forend patented by Christopher Spencer (designer of the famous Spencer rifle) and Sylvester Roper.
