I’m not a fan of thermal/weapon mounted NV. For a few hundred more you can get a PVS 14. You have the ability to mount it to your head, or rifle if desired.

What are the limitations of a helmet mounted PVS14 and rifle mounted laser? Is a 100 yard hit on a stationary coyote easy, hard or unlikely? Is this setup best for tactical use only?

Possible but not ideal.

I got it reasonable but I want the set up you're describing.
