I think it all depends on how you ask. I have seen items for sale -- "FIRM PRICE" -- I figure if it sits for a week with plenty of views and no movement -- a properly worded question usually illicits a response back and most of the time at a lower price. The seller lowered his price -- I did not ask or offer a lower price. It's all in how you ask -- be respectful and usually people respond in kind. I do agree their are "Folks" on this forum that could use a crash course in manners, decorum and politeness....... JMHO
