Well dang. Last time David and I talked, I had sent him mine in for repairs on a baffle strike. He emailed me and said, "Dont tell anybody, but you have the first. 308 rated core for the X." They hadn't released the new (then) monocore yet and mine was the first in the wild. I had no idea they have since upped it again.

I smell another baffle strike coming on...
