Liver Mush

Love chicken livers. At arts bagels near me he sells a chicken liver spread that's fantastic.

B v r had liver mush, but I bet it's good when used right. Probably just fried a bit and put in the middle of some breed sounds pretty good to me. Definitely wouldn't pass up the chance to try it.
Don't think I'm gonna search it out and find it either though

liver mush is more akin to scrapple. Everything is ground together, then baked in a loaf - then sliced and fried again.

Nothing like liverwurst or headcheese.
Yep, you’re correct. My grandmother used to make it whenever we killed a hog. Some good when fried up sorta crispy, with scrambled eggs and gravy!
