yep, Tidwell is where my current one came from as my SIL used to work there - service has been a joke. Fool me once.
Not sure how they are but we test drove a new bronco up at pugmire ford in Cartersville. The salesman seemed reasonable.
Bought a new truck two weeks age from Wade Ford...walked out the first day but they called me two days later offering my terms & pricing.

I have heard good things, just a haul for service work. I have also heard good things about Pugmire.
There is Woodstock Ford on Town Lake still I believe.
I maintain my own vehicles so can't speak for their service dept
