Cartersville is building apartment buildings as fast as they can get materials. I'm sure if you ride around the area you'll find plenty..
Looking to find somewhere thats kinda cheap lol . Im sure those units costs way over 1,200 for a single
I imagine you're right, but it don't cost nothing to ask.. I'll ask are and see if anyone knows of something that might work. You could be surprised.
The new ones across from Savoy opened up. I don’t know how much they are though. A buddy was paying $1200 for a single on Main Street up from Texas Roadhouse but that’s been a couple of years ago.
Those look pretty decent from the road. I think they are about to put up townhomes on 41 right after you cross the river.
Next to the DOT? The land on the east (left if going south) right after the river is going to be a campground
I know it’s hard but gotta get out of the rent trap! Buy a small house to start with and build wealth. I wish I had done better in my early 20’s and not wasted a decade of my wealth on renting. I’m only 30 with wife and 3 kids so I know how hard it is to make it out here in this clown world.
