You guys have any experience with Chiappa firearms? I think this thing is beautiful but I don't want it if it is a POS.

When you gotta get out a screwdriver to cycle a lever action I'll hard pass.
Did he disassemble, clean and lube the gun or take it out of the box and start the video? Always clean and lube before taking to the range. Don't blame a manufacturer if you failed to do your part. Chiappa in general is pretty decent. Some of their stuff is better than other of their stuff.
A friend of mine came in the other day with a brand new Browning BLR complaining that the action was stiff and it failed to extract sometimes. He took it out of the box where god only knows how long it had sat in some warehouse somewhere and took it to the range. A few strategically placed drops of oil and it was butter smooth and no failures. Imagine that.

This is the first thing I do with any firearm (new or used) I acquire, disassemble, clean, reassemble and lubricate. Eliminates lots of problems!
