Looking for some possible help with the history or info on this long bow

Long bow .The wife and I picked it up as a possible decoration piece for the house but I was able to clean it up beautifully and we keep getting conflicting stories on it.from it being from the 40s-50s to it being someones hobby project? I was hoping a odt brother or sister would know something thanks in advance for any knowledge you may be able to share on it.

That's why we picked it up when we came across it to use as decor but I had several people talking about it being old and possible early bearcat brand long bow
