old school..... set them in a shallow pan of water and a propane torch, heat them then tip them over with a screw driver. fast easy and cheap. can do a several hundred in an hour. hold the torch right and you can heat the outside of the case on one side and get the inside of the mouth on the other. besides brass conducts the heat all the way around very fast. also sitting in the pan of water there's no rick of heating the base.
