lower back pain

Mine was a dark brown color. Hac no "burrs" to it but was very rough along the surface. My Dr. Sent it out to be analyzed and it came back as calcium. Said the dark color was from it being inside so long combined with the dark colored liquids (coffee, tea, etc) I was drinking.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks, I'm just glad it's out. It's been sitting very close to the exit for the last couple of weeks. I'm sure more to follow unless they go get them or put me in the ultrasonic tub.

I think that agree that in such cases it is better to consult a doctor, not the internet. Indeed, back muscles play an important role and must be treated carefully. More than that, there can happen something that you didn't notice. For example, you could get a dislocation as the result of an incorrect sleep or working, make a sudden movement that you made but did not notice yourself but bones shifted. When I was working in the hospital, I met very often with such cases. I would advise you to make some exercises or sports at least 3 times a week. I consider the best one is a yoga class.
