My Dad isn't feeling up to moving back to Georgia or a move in general. My folks are getting too old for that kind of stuff.

I'd stay in Alabama. All those nice towns in North Georgia have their populations jump from a couple thousand to a whole congested heap of humanity every weekend and holiday. Seems miserable.
