lower back pain

I found this guy a few months back and his exercises are the only thing thats been able to relieve my neck pain. It all boils down to posture. You can get relief by treatment but if your posture is terrible, you'll end up hurting again. Im slowly correcting mine.
 
I used to be jacked and tan. Lifting with the big boys at the gym. Didn't have a belt on. Was leg pressing the weight of a small village in Vietnam. Struggled on the final set. Slightly lifted my back of the bench. Heard a pop. Felt like a rubber band. As soon as it happened I tried to get up and couldn't stand for about 20 mins. After a slow journey to my car I went home. In insane pain layed on my living room floor. Had a buddy come over that night to help me up. I had a bruise on my lower back right above my waistband(left side of my body to the right). It was their for a week.

That was 6 years ago. Still have issues. It's never gone away. I guy I just got used to the pain? Once about every 3 months I'll do something that stresses it out. I'll get up in the morning to pee and just fall on the floor. Have to crawl to the toilet and crawl back. Usually out of commission for 2 days at a time when it goes out.

The craziest part is that from time to time the tip of my penis feels like it's vibrating. Also, very often I'll think my cell phone is going off in my pocket.

I should/have went to a doctor. Oh well.
 
IVE GOT SAME PROBLEM CANT WEAR DUTY BELT OVER 30 MINUTES WITHOUT REAL PAIN. MINE STARTS ABOUT REAR PANTS POCKET LEFT SIDE AND GOES DOWN LEG ABOUT 8 INCHES. SOMETIMES IM LITTLE UNSTEADY ON THAT LEG. LAST MRI HAD 3 DETERIATING DISC. HURTS LIKE SIN WHEN ROLL OVER WRON WAY BED. GOT APPOINTMENT WITH NEUROLOGIST 22 JANUARY. IF YOU CARRY BILLFOLD IN BACKPOCKET IT WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS ALSO. HAD DOCTOR TELL ME ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO NOT HAVE ANYTHING IN BACK POCKETS AND SIT ON AS IT WOULD CAUSE BACK LEG PAIN DOWN ROAD. I WORKED OUT HEAVY 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR 6 YEARS USED TO BENCH 435 BUT IM PAYING FOR IT NOW. DOCTORS TOLD ME LEAVE WEIGHTS ALONE. YOU ARE MIGHTY YOUNG TO BE HAVING TROUBLE WITH BACK BUT YOU CAN GET INJURED MIGHTY EASY AND NOT REALIZE IT. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HOPE SOMETHING SIMPLE GET YOU SQUARED AWAY.
 
Sublime sounds like you got some serious nerve damage dude.
Been there done that, it got to the point i could not piss.When your that bad in pain and having nerve issues its wise to get help.If it was not for Dr Stuer I would not be here today, was about to check out of this world.
