I have a question to any prospective experts/enthusiasts on Finn Mosins. I recently added one to my collection and when researching it found that its marked "D" which supposedly means its chambered for the Finnish D166 cartridge. The riflle is a 1944 that was rearsenalled (I think) in the 60's.
My question.. well questions are:
1. How common is it to find rifles chambered for the D166?
2. Is it possible that it has since been re-chambered to 762x54 and if so what mark should i look for?
3. Should I park the thing on my wall or shoot 762x54 through it?
