Made these Shotgun Shells yesterday and they were awesome!

How long was the prep? Looks great! I am sure this is a low calorie, no cholesterol meal :cool:
Cardiac Rolls! It took about 30 minutes to mix the ingredients, stuff the shells and wrap them in bacon. I covered them and put them in the refrigerator overnight and then let them sit out for about 20 minutes before putting them in the oven. I baked them on 300 degrees for 45 minutes then turned them over. Once the bacon was almost cooked on both sides, I brushed with BBQ sauce and went for another 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes then sliced and devoured.
