for my peltors ( they for the Howard Leights also)
Package was was missing one of the shock cords so I shot them an email asking if that was normal. They promptly responded that it wasn't and in a matter of minutes no questions asked they had a set in the mail and had emailed me the tracking number.
My retarded self somehow dropped the 2nd cord in the garage and didn't realize it till after they had replied. Told them to shoot me an invoice for postage and the cords.
Bottom line their product is good **** and the customer service is even better. Felt they deserved a plug on here.
P.s. They are not f-350 milspec.
